We met Brad & Tyler after asking our neighbor if they were pleased w/ their new roofing job. She had only positive comments so we gave Bradler Built a call. While he was doing the initial roof inspection, Tyler did a minor repair to an area that we knew leaked in the last heavy rain - no charge! He took a lot of pictures and walked us through communications w/ our insurance. Once we got the ins adjuster scheduled, Tyler & Brad both met him here to ensure that all of our damage was documented. I think this step was critical in getting our replacement approved. The install was a noisy two days but the crew was careful, polite, and did an excellent job of protecting our shrubbery, grill, etc. We had a roof replaced by another company on our old house 6 yrs ago & we did not receive the same quality job - the water/ice barrier, step flashing replacement, etc that Bradler does were all above what we got before. Brad & Tyler were present and attentive for the majority of the install and personally inspected the finished job. They even did another walk around the house w/ the giant magnet to ensure every nail & scrap of paper was removed. We highly recommend them!

It isn't very often that I get to brag about a contractor. We received their name from a neighbor that had just had their roof done by Bradler Built. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and have the best concept of customer service that I have ever seen. They will not let you be unhappy with ANYTHING. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Bradler Built. Now, I will say I'm not one to usually go with a business that comes to the front door soliciting business. However, my first encounter with Brad and Tyler left me immediately impressed. Their professionalism and friendliness caught my attention. They were not at all pushy or obnoxious (as we all know some door-to-door solicitors can be).

They stated that due to a recent hail storm, they had done some work on other homes in our neighborhood, and they informed us that they would be happy to provide a free roof consultation. After the initial assessment, which was very unobtrusive, they discovered we did have some hail damage. From step 1, they laid out every detail and walked us through the entire process. Their knowledge and familiarity with different insurance companies was extensive.

Once we agreed to move forward, they were timely in their responses and punctual for all meetings (minimal and direct). They were completely transparent about their costs and how the money would flow from insurance to us to them. They were patient in answering all of our questions and forthright about the process.
Our entire roof was replaced in one day – they even finished earlier than expected. Brad was extremely communicative, providing us a detailed outline of how things would/did progress along with photos. They encouraged us to communicate with our neighbors and provide them with their contact information should any concerns arise throughout the day. Their clean-up was exceptional – we didn’t find one single nail. Brad immediately communicated to us that they did have a piece of soffit come off during the tear off. The crew fixed it on the spot, but he sent us a picture to get our opinion. He also mentioned he was going to come by and take a look himself. It was determined that the repair could be cleaner, so he immediately stated that they would replace that section entirely, stating “if we break it, we fix it no matter what.” They took the time (not more than a couple days) to find an exact match and they made the repair ASAP. They even color matched it and left us with the extra paint. We did not have to hassle at all to get this done and it came at no cost to us.

Everything went exactly according to plan, and as I said before, we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Bradler Built! They are a top-notch company, and we do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

I had over half a dozen other roofers come out and take a look and he stood out from the crowd by a good margin. Bradler Built LLC approached us and indicated that they had been replacing other roofs in the neighborhood due to hail damage. They offered to do a free inspection and found that we also had hail damage. They sat down and thoroughly explained the whole process to us. They met the third party assessors at our home in case they had any questions. Once our insurance company accepted the claim, Tyler scheduled a crew to replace the roof on our home and our self-standing garage which was done quicker than expected. They even cleaned out our gutters. Tyler provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We would highly recommend this company due to their excellent customer service and high quality workmanship. 😀

We reached out to Bradler Built (who recently replaced the roof on our primary home) to take a look at some storm damage on a second home. The garage roof was impaled by a tree limb due to tornado winds. Tyler came out and assessed the damage. He removed the limb and put a tarp over the area to protect from further weather damage. He also took a look at the roof on the house and actually found that a few of the seals around the vents were cracked and could cause water damage to the house. He replaced those the next day. He scheduled a crew to come out a few weeks later to repair the garage roof. We have been impressed by Tyler’s attention to detail and once again his excellent customer service! He really cares about building relationships and you just don’t find that very often these days.

Wow! The 2 crews showed up at 7:30am and got busy. They tore off all the old shingles, and replaced any bad decking within a few hours. Then they proceeded to put all new felt, shingles, and drip edge back on and completed everything by 6:30pm same day. Awesome work and cleaned up with no idea they were even here. I highly recommend them if you need quality work done in a timely fashion.
